Content standards
Keep it useful, keep it legal, keep it honest. These are the standards behind every answer and drill in the Study Hall.

What you will find here
Worked explanations and practice drills for the calculations, code lookups, and exam-day decisions that decide most licensing exams. Everything is written by JourneymanIQ and cites NEC article and table numbers so you can verify it in your own book.
What we will never do
- Copy NEC text. NFPA owns that copyright. We cite the article number and paraphrase the rule instead.
- Use copied exam questions. Every practice question and drill is original, not a real exam question.
- Run fake reviews, fake endorsements, or fake testimonials. They are against the law and against the point of this place.
- Promise you will pass. A handful of practice questions is not the exam, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Sell your information or hide what we are unsure of.
How our answers are labeled
- Staff Answer means JourneymanIQ wrote it. We do not invent fake users or stage conversations.
- Every practice question and drill is original and constructed for practice, not a real person's situation or a real exam item.
- Sources are linked whenever a state-specific fact is involved, and we tell you what to verify on the official bulletin.
